Raising the Minimum Wage is a Great idea. The act would be historic. The act would be very nice. Let me tell you about being nice. I’m a Nice guy. Being nice opens the act of judgement. Meaning its more than one way to skin a potato. When I was coming up,  gas was 89 cent up to 93 cent a gallon. What is that telling us? Todays gas is in excess of 3 dollars a gallon!!! What? that is like a 3000% raise of profit$ for taxes and the oil industry. This goes for all products sold. Really all we have to do is lower the cost of goods sold. Really? (COGS) All my economic guru’s will explain to you that lowering the cost of goods sold is the key. Let me find my Business Text book. Knowing the cost of goods sold helps analysts, investors, and managers estimate the company’s bottom line. If COGS increases, net income will decrease. The products we buy are the exact cause of the disparity going on in America and the world. Too many hands in the pot.
